Drawing from her experience as an osteopathic family physician
and her extensive training in alternative healing, Dr. Tonya Cremin
founded this unique practice in 2008. By creating a plan that
is tailored to each patient’s healthcare needs, our physicians
and licensed practitioners are able to fully treat them with a
combination of conventional medicine and alternative practices.
From primary medical care and specialty osteopathic
manipulative medicine, to integrative services including massage,
yoga, healing touch/reiki, meditation/guided imagery, acupuncture, reflexology, and manual lymphatic drainage we serve individuals or the entire family, ranging from newborns
to great-grandparents and everyone in between.

Classes Offered:
Gentle Yoga with certified instructor, Jessica DeFeo. Tuesdays from 6pm - 7pm. This gentle yoga is for beginners and people with physical difficulties, such as back pain and knee pain. Weekly for $10 per class. Registration is required and limited to 8 per class.
Meditation Series with Lenore Pranzo, Thursdays at 12noon, $20 per class. Pre-registration required.
